Our Claims Management Process consists of the following activities:
Training/Orientation
- Work with the markets/systems to establish specific damage identification and information collection processes
- Tailor damage claim forms to meet specific market needs
- Train market/system technicians on claim management process, thereby ensuring the maximum recovery possible
- Arrange for a local damage investigator to identify, pursue, and manage all claims. (This is market/system specific.)
Working Your Claim
- Work with markets to quantify and validate claims
- Aggressively pursue damagers for timely and maximum recovery
- If necessary, pursue internal or external legal assistance to ensure damagers are held responsible
Reporting & Communication
- Log claims in a web-based claims tracking system
- Provide access to claims systems to show claim status, including money recovered and money pending
- Monthly reports are submitted to you with payment for the claims recovered
- Participate in periodic meetings with local system technicians to ensure effective relationships
